Registration Fee

(Does not include accommodation or the Observatory Visit)

1. Faculty: INR 4000.00 (Includes lunch, dinner and high tea)
2. PhD and PDF: INR 3000.00 (Includes lunch, dinner and high tea)
3. Student (UG and PG): INR 2000.00 (Includes lunch, dinner and high tea)
4. Local Participants: INR 1000.00 (Includes lunch and high tea only)

Observatory Visit (Optional): INR 1500.00

(Includes food and accommodation at the observatory. The fee should be paid at the registration desk at the conference venue.)

Accommodation Fee: INR 1000.00 for three nights (13–15 October 2026).

An additional charge of INR 350.00 per night will apply for any extra stay.

Accommodation at Chandra Guest House is primarily intended for outstation participants and is available on a limited basis. Rooms will be allocated on a first-come, first-served basis, subject to early registration and availability.

Accommodation fees (if applicable) should be paid at the registration desk at the conference venue.
